कार्यशाला का संचालन प्रख्यात प्रबंधन विशेषज्ञ एवं सेल के पूर्व निदेशक (वाणिज्य) डॉ. शोएब अहमद तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रमाणित नेतृत्व प्रशिक्षक एवं इमेज कंसल्टेंट सुश्री आरती शर्मा द्वारा किया गया। कार्यशाला में बदलते कार्य परिवेश में नेतृत्व, प्रभावी संचार, टीम निर्माण, परिवर्तन प्रबंधन तथा संगठनात्मक उत्कृष्टता जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
प्रतिभागियों ने विभिन्न समूह गतिविधियों, विचार-विमर्श एवं अनुभव साझा करने के माध्यम से सक्रिय सहभागिता की। कार्यशाला से प्रतिभागियों को नेतृत्व कौशल विकसित करने तथा कार्यस्थल पर टीमों का प्रभावी संचालन करने के लिए उपयोगी ज्ञान एवं व्यावहारिक सुझाव प्राप्त हुए।
यह कार्यक्रम श्री आर. बी. गहेरवार, सीजीएम (माइंस) के मार्गदर्शन में MVTC टीम द्वारा आयोजित किया गया, जो बीएसपी समूह खदानों द्वारा अधिकारियों के नेतृत्व विकास एवं क्षमता संवर्धन के सतत प्रयासों का एक महत्वपूर्ण भाग है।

A two-day Leadership Development Workshop on the theme "Leading a Team – In the Wake of Rapid Changes Taking Place" was organized at Mine Vestibule Training Centre (MVTC), Rajhara on 22–23 June 2026 for officers of BSP Group of Mines.
The workshop was conducted by renowned management expert Dr. Shoeb Ahmed, former Director (Commercial), SAIL, and Ms. Aarti Sharma, internationally certified Leadership Coach and Image Consultant. The programme focused on leadership in a rapidly changing environment, effective communication, team building, managing change, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
The participants actively engaged in discussions, group activities, and experience-sharing sessions. The programme provided valuable insights and practical tools to help leaders effectively manage teams and drive organizational excellence.
The workshop was organized by MVTC team under the guidance of Shri R. B. Gaherwar, CGM (Mines) as part of the continuous efforts of BSP Group of Mines towards leadership development and capacity building of its officers.
