हमें पशुता से ऊपर उठाकर मानव मनुस्मृति ने बनाया है - शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेश्वरानन्द
वाराणसी/रायपुर। देश में ऐसा वातावरण बनाया जा रहा कि मनुस्मृति बहुत खराब किताब है। इतनी खराब कि संसार में जितनी समस्याएं हैं वो इसी के कारण उत्पन्न हो गई हैं। यह भी कहा जाता है कि डॉ. अम्बेडकर ने मनुस्मृति जलाकर उसकी जगह नया संविधान बना दिया इसीलिए कुछ राहत है। जिस मनुस्मृति से लोक-परलोक दोनों सुधर रहे थे, जिस मनुस्मृति ने हमको पशुता से ऊपर उठाकर मानव बनाया उसके बारे में ऐसा प्रचार वही कर सकता है जो हमको नष्ट करना चाहता हो या जो हमारा शत्रु हो। जो विधर्मी लोग हैं उन्हीं के द्वारा सनातन धर्म को नष्ट करने के लिए यह षड्यंत्र किया गया है।
उक्त उद्गार परम धर्म संसद १००८ के ‘परमाराध्य’ परमधर्माधीश उत्तराम्नाय ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्रीः अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती ‘1008’ ने गंगा तट पर स्थित श्रीविद्यामठ में मनुस्मृति पर व्याख्यान करते हुए बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि जब किसी कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रपति, राज्यपाल, प्रधानमंत्री या कोई बड़ा अफसर आता है तो उसी के हिसाब से वहां की व्यवस्थाएं होती हैं और वो स्वयं भी सबके साथ समान व्यवहार नहीं करते। किसी को मंच पर बिठाते हैं तो किसी को आगे वाली कुर्सियों पर, तो किसी को पीछे, लेकिन जब बात करते हैं तो कहते हैं आप लोगों के साथ बड़ी असमानता हो रही है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि केवल कहने से कोई ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य व शूद्र नहीं हो जाता, वह स्वयं के होने से होता है। मनुष्य को ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य व शूद्र चार भागों में मनु महाराज ने नहीं बाटा। उन्होंने कभी वर्ण व्यवस्था नहीं बनाई और न ही किसी को ब्राह्मण व किसी को शुद्र बनाया। उन्होंने कभी नहीं कहा कि आज से तुम शुद्र हो जाओ और तुम ब्राह्मण हो जाओ। उन्होंने तो केवल जो चार वर्ण पहले से थे उनके कर्तव्य बताए हैं। आप लोग ही शूद्र को पिछड़ी जाति का, एससी, एसटी व न जाने क्या-क्या बोलते हो।
शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा कि अंबेडकर साहेब ने प्रस्ताव पारित कर कहा था आज से 4 वर्ण नहीं होंगे एक ही वर्ण होगा, लेकिन आज तक तो ऐसा नहीं हुआ। अंबेडकर जी ने समाज को दो वर्गों में जरूर बांट दिया एक आरक्षित वर्ग और दूसरा अनारक्षित वर्ग। बदले का बदला बदले को ही बढ़ावा देता है। दलित पिछड़ा वर्ग व शूद्रों की राजनीति तो आज तक चली आ रही है।
शूद्र को पैर की संज्ञा दी गई है, यदि यह अपमान है तो क्यों नहीं लोग अपने पैर काटकर फैंक देते और यह भी तय है कि बिना पैर के व्यक्ति दो कदम भी नहीं चल सकता। पैर शरीर का अभिन्न अंग है उसके बिना शरीर नहीं चल सकता। चरण के तलवे व हाथ की हथेलियां हमारे शरीर का स्विच बोर्ड है। सिर का प्रवेश पैर में नहीं बल्कि पैर का प्रवेश सिर में है।
शंकराचार्य महाराज जी ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार से हर मुसलमान के घर में कुरान, इसाई के घर में बाइबिल होती है उसी प्रकार हर हिन्दू के घर में मनुस्मृति होनी चाहिए। मनुस्मृति केवल लौकिक व्यवस्था ही नहीं बनाती, बल्कि पारलौकिक व्यवस्था भी बनाती है। उक्त जानकारी शंकराचार्य महाराज जी के मीडिया प्रभारी संजय पाण्डेय से परम धर्म संसद १००८ के संगठन मंत्री साईं जलकुमार मसन्द साहिब जी के माध्यम प्राप्त हुई।
साईं जलकुमार मसन्द साहिब ने बताया कि "परम धर्म संसद १००८" भारत समेत १०८ देशों की कुल १००८ श्रेष्ठ धार्मिक और सामाजिक विभूतियों का एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दू संगठन है। यह संगठन देश के पूज्यपाद चारों शंकराचार्यों के मार्गदर्शन में कार्य कर रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य व दायित्व विश्व के हिंदू समाज का वैदिक शास्त्रों के अनुरूप जीवन जीने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करना तथा सम्पूर्ण विश्व के कल्याण हेतु शास्त्र सम्मत मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग करना है। इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिंदू संगठन की स्थापना वर्ष २०१८ में ज्योतिर्मठ और द्वारका शारदामठ के संयुक्त शंकराचार्य, परम पूज्य स्वामी स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती महाराज ने अपने एक योग्य शिष्य स्वामीश्री अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती महाराज के संयोजन में की थी, जो अब ज्योतिर्मठ के वर्तमान शंकराचार्य हैं।

He said that when the President, Governor, Prime Minister or any big officer comes to a program, the arrangements are made accordingly and they themselves also do not treat everyone equally. Some are made to sit on the stage, some on the front seats, some at the back, but when they talk, they say that there is a lot of inequality with you people.
He further said that one does not become a Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya or Shudra just by saying so, it happens by being oneself. Manu Maharaj did not divide humans into four parts - Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra. He never created the Varna system and neither did he make anyone a Brahmin and anyone a Shudra. He never said that from today you become a Shudra or a Brahmin. He has only told the duties of the four Varnas that existed earlier. You people call Shudras backward caste, SC, ST and what not.
Shankaracharya ji said that Ambedkar sahab had passed a resolution and said that from today there will not be 4 Varnas but only one Varna, but this has not happened till date. Ambedkar ji definitely divided the society into two classes, one reserved class and the other unreserved class. Revenge for revenge only promotes revenge. The politics of Dalit backward class and Shudras is going on till date.
Shudras have been called feet, if this is an insult then why don't people cut off their feet and throw them away and it is also certain that without feet a person cannot walk even two steps. Feet are an integral part of the body, without them the body cannot walk. The soles of the feet and the palms of the hands are the switch board of our body. The head does not enter the feet but the feet enter the head.
Shankaracharya Maharaj Ji said that just as there is Quran in every Muslim's house, Bible in every Christian's house, similarly there should be Manusmriti in every Hindu's house. Manusmriti not only creates worldly order, but also creates spiritual order.
