वाराणसी / रायपुर। ‘परमाराध्य’ परमधर्माधीश उत्तराम्नाय ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्रीः अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती ‘1008’ ने गंगा के तट पर स्थित श्रीविद्यामठ में मनुस्मृति पर व्याख्यान करते हुए बताया कि लोग कहते है कि बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर ने मनुस्मृति को जलाया, लेकिन हम स्पष्ट कर दें कि उन्होंने मनुस्मृति को नहीं जलाया, वो तो संविधान जलाना चाहते थे। शंकराचार्य जी ने आगे स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया कि बाबा साहेब ने मनुस्मृति को नहीं जलाया। वह एक ब्राह्मण गंगाधर सहस्रबुद्धे ने जलाई थी, लेकिन उस वक्त वो भी वहाँ मौजूद थे इसलिए उनका नाम आ गया।
शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्रीः अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद महाराज जी ने बताया कि अम्बेडकर संविधान जलाना चाहते थे। जब उनसे पूछा गया कि संविधान बनाने में तो आपकी विशेष भूमिका रही है फिर आप उसे क्यों जलाना चाहते हैं तो इस पर उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि मैंने एक मन्दिर बनाया लेकिन उसमें यदि शैतान आकर रहने लगे तो फिर मुझे क्या करना चाहिए? बाबा साहब बाद में खुद संविधान से सन्तुष्ट नहीं थे। मनुस्मृति में तो बिना भेदभाव के सबका धर्म बताया गया है। सनातन ही एकमात्र धर्म है जिसमें यदि बेटा भी कुछ गलत करता है तो उसे भी वही सजा दी जाती है जो किसी अन्य को दी जाती। शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा कि अम्बेडकरवादी लोगों को बाबा साहेब के उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने को आगे आना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि हर धर्म का एक ग्रन्थ होता है। जैसे इसाईयों का धर्मग्रन्थ बाइबिल है, मुसलमानों का कुरान है, इसी प्रकार हमारा भी एक ग्रन्थ वेद है, लेकिन वेद को यदि पढ़ा जाए तो 4524 पुस्तकें मिलाकर 4 वेद बनते हैं और इन्हें समझने के लिए वेदांग की आवश्यकता होती है। और ज्यादा भी नहीं एक वेदांग की यदि 500 भी पुस्तकें मानी जाए तो करीब 3000 पुस्तकें वेदांग की हो गई। इस तरीके से कुल मिलाकर 7524 पुस्तकें हो गईं। यदि वेद को भी पढ़ा जाए तो पूरा जीवन भी कम पड़ जाता है। इसलिए इसका सार जानने की आवश्यकता होती है और वेदों का जो सार है उसी को मनुस्मृति कहा जाता है।
शंकराचार्य महाराज जी ने कहा कि बुद्ध ब्राह्मण कुल में पैदा हुए फिर भी हम उनको पूजते नहीं हैं। राम व कृष्ण को क्षत्रिय कुल में पैदा होने के बाद भी हम पूजते हैं। यदि धर्म का पालन करते वक्त मौत भी आ जाए तो भी उसमें हमारा कल्याण है। इसलिए धर्म कभी नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए। धर्म से ही प्रतिष्ठा मिलती है। यदि स्वर्ग में भी जाएंगे तो वहाँ भी प्रतिष्ठा मिलेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि श्रुति व स्मृति वचन में श्रुति का ज्यादा महत्व होता है। पशु धार्मिक नहीं होता, इसलिए उसके लिए कोई धर्मशास्त्र नहीं होता। जो जैसा है उसकी प्रतिभा को समझकर उसके हिसाब से काम करवाना भी एक कला है। हमारा भारत का संविधान मनुस्मृति को पूरा सम्मान देता है। परम धर्म संसद १००८ के संगठन मंत्री साईं जलकुमार मसन्द साहिब के माध्यम उक्त जानकारी देते हुए शंकराचार्य जी महाराज के मीडिया प्रभारी संजय पाण्डेय ने बताया कि श्रीविद्यामठ काशी में शङ्कराचार्य जी महाराज का प्रवचन प्रतिदिन सायंकाल 5 बजे से हो रहा है।

Ambedkarites should come forward to fulfill the objectives of Baba Saheb

'Paramaradhy' Paramdharmadhis Uttaramnay Jyotishpeethadhiswar Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swamishri Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati '1008' while giving a lecture on Manusmriti at Srividya Math situated on the banks of Ganga said that people say that Baba Saheb Ambedkar burnt Manusmriti, but let us make it clear that he did not burn Manusmriti, he wanted to burn the Constitution. Shankaracharya Ji further clarified that Baba Saheb did not burn Manusmriti. It was burnt by a Brahmin Gangadhar Sahasrabuddhe, but at that time he was also present there, hence his name came up.
Shankaracharya Swamishri: Avimukteshwaranand Maharaj Ji told that Ambedkar wanted to burn the constitution. When he was asked that you have played a special role in making the constitution then why do you want to burn it, he replied that I built a temple but if the devil comes and starts living in it then what should I do? Baba Saheb himself was not satisfied with the constitution later. Manusmriti describes the religion of all without any discrimination. Sanatan is the only religion in which if a son does something wrong then he is also given the same punishment as given to anyone else. Shankaracharya Ji said that Ambedkarites should come forward to fulfill the objectives of Baba Saheb.
He said that every religion has a scripture. Just like the religious scripture of Christians is the Bible, the religious scripture of Muslims is the Quran, similarly we also have a scripture Veda, but if the Vedas are read then 4524 books together make 4 Vedas and to understand them Vedanga is required. And not much, if we consider 500 books of one Vedanga then it will be about 3000 books of Vedanga. In this way, the total number of books is 7524. If we read even the Vedas, then even a whole life is not enough. Therefore, there is a need to know its essence and the essence of Vedas is called Manusmriti. Shankaracharya Maharaj Ji said that Buddha was born in a Brahmin family, yet we do not worship him. We worship Ram and Krishna even after being born in Kshatriya families. Even if we die while following religion, there is welfare in it for us. Therefore, religion should never be abandoned. Respect is achieved only by religion. Even if we go to heaven, we will get respect there too.
He said that among Shruti and Smriti words, Shruti has more importance. Animals are not religious, so there is no religious scriptures for them. Understanding the talent of a person as he is and getting work done according to him is also an art. Our Indian constitution gives full respect to Manusmriti.
